Masaya Chiba Exhibition

Drawing on the imagery and themes of manga and other forms of contemporary Japanese pop culture, Yokohama-born, Hachioji-based visual artist Masaya Chiba is one of the more exciting young artists working in the capital today. Painting and drawing professionally since 2004, he creates eclectic pieces full of experimentation and adventure – several of which can be viewed at Roppongi's ShugoArts, where Chiba presents a selection of both previous and brand-new work.
