Masayoshi Sukita: Sound & Vision

The cover shot for David Bowie's Heroes is just one of the potent images conjured by photographer Masayoshi Sukita, whose resume includes the likes of Marc Bolan, T. Rex and YMO. There'll be over 300 images on show in this career retrospective, which takes its title from a song on Bowie's Low. Predictably, the Thin White Duke features more than a few times, though the exhibition is more than a simple trawl through '70s rock iconography, also finding space for Sukita's commercial work and street photography, plus shots of cultural figures both highbrow (Shuji Terayama) and not-so-highbrow (Kaela Kimura).
