Posters, prints, lithographs and other types of avant-garde media from turn-of-the-century Paris make up the bulk of the Mitsubishi Ichigokan’s autumn exhibition, which explores how these forms of expression evolved from advertising tools to high art around the year 1900. Around 140 pieces are on display, including work by era greats such as Henri de Toulouse-Lautrec, Pierre Bonnard and Maurice Denis.
