Time Out says

One of Tokyo’s biggest fashion festivals is coming back to Shibuya Hikarie and Omotesando Hills this spring with the latest trends in design and apparel. The six days of festivities feature fashion shows and installations from 58 brands – that’s 20 percent more than we had last year – around the shopping malls, including 17 debut labels. Fresh features include local designers like 08sircus and Aki Masuda, as well as international highlights from the Yue Qi Collection and French label Maison J. Simone.

The key visual for this year's event is based on the theme 'Wearing Tokyo', which was conceptualised by the Japanese model Gendai Funato, who has worked with some of the biggest fashion labels in the world including Maison Margiela, Louis Vuitton and Kenzo.

A handful of the runway events will be open to the public, but don’t worry if you can’t make it to the catwalk in person – many of the shows will also be streamed on the official YouTube channel.

See the event's website for the full programme.
