Time Out says

Roppongi's annual all-night celebration of artsiness sounds great on paper, but last year's Yayoi Kusama-centric event was far more generous in spectacle than substance. With a new artistic director on board – the versatile, community-minded Katsuhiko Hibino – Roppongi Art Night 2013 promises to deliver a more cohesive experience. As usual, the area's art museums and galleries will stay open until dawn, while you can expect a variety of one-off installations and performances, including an 'Art Boat' that Hibino and a troupe of artists and musicians will use to roam the streets throughout the night. Also keep an eye out for ancillary events like the Gekidan Shiki puppet performance at Makoto Aida's 'Monument for Nothing' exhibition in Mori Art Museum, and the special PechaKucha sessions due to be held at 21_21 Design Sight's 'Design Ah!. Full details of the various events are available via the official English-language website.
