Shibukaru Festival

More than a hundred up-and-coming female creatives gather every year at the Shibukaru Festival, which has served as a hub of activity for local artists since 2011. This year's theme is ‘Encounters and Experience’, and the aim will be for visitors and artists to connect and experience new forms of expression.
