Time Out says

'Fusing lifestyle and art' in Aoyama since 1985, the Spiral complex now celebrates its 30th birthday with this exhibit highlighting four up-and-coming artists. These are lighting designer Kyota Takahashi, known for his colourful decoration of landmarks like Kyoto's Nijo Castle and the Towada Art Center in Aomori, Yuko Mohri, who creates installations out of daily necessities and home electronics, video artist Sumito Sakakibara and well-travelled contemporary artist Takashi Kuribayashi. Head over for a fresh – and free – look at impactful visual art, and note that while most of the exhibits are located on the ground floor, Sakakibara's work can be viewed only on the fifth floor of the gallery building.
