Time Out says

It’s officially illumination season, but over in Ginza, holiday lights aren’t the only after-dark displays to keep an eye out for. Following his exhibition at Sony Park in Kyoto last November, Japanese artist Takuro Tamayama is now showcasing his latest light installation in Tokyo. The Gifu-born artist is known for his love of colourful fluorescent lighting in his installations, which often transform entire gallery rooms into futuristic spaces that echo films like ‘Blade Runner’. This latest project consists of rotating cylinders made with 72 LED lights that emit a mint green glow and is divided into five different 'chapters', with the composition of the piece varying slightly depending on the day of your visit.
