Time Out says

Having spent more than half a year at Tsukiji, always setting up his equipment in the same spot and shooting the market workers speeding past on their turrets, photog Manabu Numata now shows off his 'Tsukiji Uogashi Blues' series in Shinjuku. Capturing the market's changing seasons and the uncertainty in the air regarding Tsukiji's now-stalled move to Toyosu, this local snapper's photos make for a fitting tribute to a Tokyo institution that may soon be gone. In addition to the exhibition, a mochi-pounding event and a gig will take place on January 7 (from 3pm), while a talk with Numata and editor Kyoichi Tsuzuki is set for January 11 (8-9pm, ¥500).
