Time Out says

A nineteenth-century collection of ancient Finnish folklore compiled by Elias Lönnrot, 'Kalevala' is Finland's national epic and has inspired artists, authors and musicians from 'Lord of the Rings' creator JRR Tolkien to composer Jean Sibelius. This exhibition sees six Japanese contemporary artists present their takes on the tales of Väinämöinen, Lemminkäinen and company – participants include installation artist-come-painter Tomoko Konoike, sculptor Hideki Iinuma and manga joker Kotobuki Shiriagari.
