Time Out says

Yan Zhenqing was a leading Chinese calligrapher during the Tang Dynasty, whose style was revolutionary during a time when ‘standard script’-style by the three calligraphy masters – Ouyang Xun, Yu Shinan and Chu Suiliang – was the norm. This exhibition will explore Yan Zhenqing and his works, their influence on future generations and their reception in Japan.
