Time Out says

The uber-stylish, filled-with-very-cute-cats café MoCHA has become a veritable chain, with this Akihabara opening being its fifth in just over a year. Hygiene and peace are high on the agenda, and you're encouraged to have a fairly relaxed interaction with the kittens – no running around, mind you. (On that note: kids from junior high school age upwards are welcome, those below unfortunately aren't.) To keep with the Akihabara location, they've added a selection of manga and magazines to browse, as well as a game/video corner to keep yourself entertained if the cats aren't interesting enough. We'd stick to eyeballing the felines, though.

the place is stylish and the cats are pretty and adorable BUT you can see how sick they are of people. they try to avoid you by any cost and only come if you’ve got treats for them. really feel bad for those cats

You pay by 10 mn spent at the cafe.

I wanted to see what a cat cafe was about, but I really disliked it.

The cats look really scared and the kittens are in a cage.

Not the most pet friendly place ever.
