Time Out says

Roughly an hour and twenty minutes from central Tokyo on the Tokaido Line, Tsujido Seaside Park is a family-friendly prefectural waterpark that opens every summer with an array of pools, including a 270-metre-loop lazy river, a splashy wave pool with scheduled waves, a shallow pool where children can play safely and a waterslide with a 10-metre-high drop. In total, six pools, both big and small, can be enjoyed, with the whale pool and the waterfall pool even being open to children with swim diapers.

When it’s time to take a break, relax in the shaded poolside areas or grab a bite at the Smile Cafe Ha Ha Ha, where you’ll find hearty dishes like stir-fried yakisoba noodles, curry rice, and ramen starting from just ¥500. Seasonal stalls and outdoor food trucks also offer bento boxes, kakigori, takoyaki and much more.

Note that tattoos, including fake ones, are prohibited at Tsujido Seaside Park. Open daily from July 12 to September 15.
