Backdoor Bodega at The Oak Door Bar

Don’t miss this special two-night takeover at Grand Hyatt Tokyo’s The Oak Door Bar and Maduro Lounge. On June 20 at The Oak Door Bar and June 21 at Maduro Lounge, Grand Hyatt is teaming up with Penang’s award-winning speakeasy bar Backdoor Bodega – voted one of Asia’s 50 Best Bars in 2022 and 2024 – for a special guest bartending event you won’t want to miss. 

Behind the bar will be mixologists Thaneshkumar Sivakumar and Yung Shen Koh who are flying in from Penang to serve up their own twist on classic drinks. They’ll be crafting a range of original cocktails featuring iconic Rémy Cointreau spirits, including Rémy Martin cognac and The Botanist’s Islay dry gin.
