The tachinomi boom intersects with Tokyo’s infatuation with tapas at this hip, cramped little hideout. Ebisu 18-Ban is invariably buzzing and packed to the rafters. There are a few bar stools, but even if you have to cradle your sherry standing up, it’s always good fun.
