One of the many Hibiya Bars in Tokyo, this two-storey spot sits on the corner of an izakaya-littered street between Tamachi Station and Keio University. Frequented by both salarymen and students, it gets more than a little noisy in the evenings, when groups of imbibers from both nearby offices and schools stop by to drown their sorrows.
