Time Out says

The forward march of craft beer continues unabated, with new specialist bars popping up like mushrooms all over the city. As craft is becoming increasingly mainstream (hey, even Kirin is moving into the microbrewing business, as paradoxical as that sounds), some newcomer pubs seem to have trouble coming up with anything particularly original and unfortunately choose only the most obvious of solutions. That trend can be sensed to a certain degree at Le Sun Palm, opened in July 2014 inside Shibuya's Hikarie and stocking around 10 domestic brews on tap, in addition to a wide range of bottled imports. The selection itself offers plenty of quality, e.g. in the form of Coedo's Kyara, Shiga Kogen's Pale Ale and Hitachino Nest's world-class White Ale, but the atmosphere is just as sterile as can be expected from a shopping mall bar and the food is high on show but low on substance. Nevertheless, if you're only here for the beer and the view, iBeer (really?) does the trick.
