Mikkel Borg Bjergsø and his signature 'gypsy brewery' just keep on overcoming setbacks: the Danish beer rogue was forced to close his Tomigaya bar earlier this year, reportedly due to irreconcilable differences with partners Fuglen, but he's already making new things happen in Tokyo. While another permanent location is still in the pipeline, several pop-ups have kept the flag flying throughout spring, and this weekends-only beer garden looks like another step in the right direction.
