You know spring has arrived when this al fresco evening event returns to Tokyo International Forum. Held once a month between April and November, the Neo Stall Village gathers a cosmopolitan selection of food trucks in the Forum's covered ground floor plaza, with vittles sold for ¥500 or under, plus a selection of beer and drinks provided by various sponsors.
