So far this year, we've seen Oktoberfests in Akihabara, Odaiba, Hibiya Park and Komazawa. Now Tokyo's seasonally inaccurate festival of German suds moves to Shiba Park, where you can join the local office workers as they gaze at Tokyo Tower while necking hefty glasses of beer. The food offerings include sausages, meatloaf and more sausages, with jazzed-up oom-pah music to keep people in the mood. Prost!
