Shugar Festival 2016

Held in the distinctly non-classy surrounds of Shibuya's Club Camelot, this all-day booze bash is split up into two sessions, both of which allow you to sip all the fruity liquor you can handle over three and a half hours. More than 40 varieties of umeshu and over 60 kinds of other fruit-based alcohol will be on offer, while the edibles will at least satisfy those with a sweet tooth (think everything from flavoured popcorn to chocolate cake). And if you manage to take a break from all the imbibing, try chatting with some of the assembled producers to learn the secrets of sugary booze.
