Smoke Beer Factory / Namachan Brewing

Toshima ward's only brewery specialises in German-style rauchbier (smoked beer) and an impressive range of smoked edibles, all prepared on the premises by using fine wood such as cherry tree or oak barrel chips for the smoking. The ten beers on tap include several guest brews, while the smoked chocolate is best combined with a glass of Japanese whisky.
