For one night only, Hibiki invites whisky lovers to an immersive tasting experience at Roppongi Art Night 2026 – on Saturday October 31, from 5pm to 3am on November 1. The theme for the installation is ‘In Harmony with People and Nature’.
Here’s a bit of trivia: Hibiki bottles are 24-faceted. Each of these facets represent Japan’s 24 seasonal divisions, known as sekki, which divide the four seasons into smaller periods, reflecting the Japanese sensitivity to even the subtlest changes in nature. Inspired by this fine detail, the installation consists of 24 screens displaying ever-changing expressions of light, sky and nature.
Enjoy it neat, with water or on the rocks while walking around the exhibit and admiring the masterful craftsmanship behind one of the world’s best whiskies.
