The Choya Ginza Bar

Japanese alcohol brand Choya is known for its wide range of umeshu (plum wine) and now the company has a bar in Ginza dedicated to serving up all sorts of umeshu-based cocktails and drinks. Can't decide? Go for a flight of umeshu and pair it with some of Choya's mouthwatering dishes and shared plates. Keep an eye out for specials, too – the bar often showcases seasonal menu items such as frozen cocktails in summer.
