Long a fixture on the Shibuya scene, expat-friendly hangout The Pink Cow upped and moved to Roppongi in the summer of 2012. Now housed in the basement of the Roi Building, it's managed to recreate the garish/funky vibe of the original location, and dedicated fans will be relieved to hear that the food menu hasn't changed.
