Temperatures are on the rise and we're heading firmly towards beach weather, so it's high time to start dusting off that bathing suit. Or, you know, buy a stylish new one with a sumo print – just because you can.

That's right: Japanese brand Guacamole have just introduced their latest collection, which includes some traditionally inspired swimwear pieces for both men and women. Think bikinis, board shorts and one-piece bathing suits decorated with prints of sumo wrestlers, re-imagined colourful haniwa (clay dolls), yurei (ghosts), Japanese-style gardens – you name it.

They don't come cheap – the going price is around ¥14,000 for most designs – but these creations will definitely inject a little Edo style into your beach look. Wearing a pair of sumo bottoms is sure to help you turn heads in Zushi.
