Big Bass Sessions

Drum & Bass Sessions is pulling a bit of a bait-and-switch with its latest party, which was originally scheduled to take place back in March. DJ Zinc is one of the key figures in the development of d'n'b, but don't go expecting to hear him play vintage jungle cuts like 'Super Sharp Shooter' – these days, he's shucked the genre altogether in favour of a UK funky variant that he dubs crack house. Joining him at the podium is Japanese turntable titan DJ Kentaro, who's been known to play straight drum'n'bass sets but could pull just about anything else out of the hat depending on what mood he's in. Support DJs Eccy, P.O.L. Style and Massive, meanwhile, promise to keep things firmly in bass music territory.
