Run by acclaimed German art musician Alva Noto (aka Carsten Nicolai), the Raster-Noton label focuses on stylish minimalism, as exhibited by artists like Emptyset and Kim Cascone. The gang will be returning to Japan for this tour, which sees the Diamond Version duo (Alva Noto himself plus co-founder Olaf Bender) joined by Emptyset and local greats Kyoka and Ueno Masaaki.
