Perched on the 15th floor of a tower in Shibuya, Legato provides an upmarket setting for one of Tokyo's more dependably debauched Halloween parties. Run by a crew of local party promoters, Scream! ditches the big-name international DJ in favour of Tokyo club scene stalwarts including Ryo Tsutsui, Max Essa and Shotaro Maeda.
