This novel mobile dance project takes place on a cargo truck. From September 2019, the truck will visit 15 different locations around Tokyo for performances until August 2020. The truck is equipped with solar-powered generators and the performance space is created with LED lighting along with video projections.
Participating performers include premier multidisciplinary artists and dancers such as Yoko Higashino, Tsuyoshi Shirai and Yukio Suzuki, all of whom specialise in contemporary choreography. The performance in Shinjuku will feature the Antibodies Collective, formed by Higashino and Kajiwara Toshio, as well as dancer Mikiko Kawamura who has won awards for her work both in Japan and overseas.
