Time Out says

The summer edition of TIL&GFF is back with a selection of new and interesting films on sexual minorities, including Alain Guiraudie's 2013 award-winning Stranger by the Lake, Sophie Hyde's 52 Tuesdays, an exploration of youth, identity and transgender issues, and the American documentary The Case Against 8, which looks at the legal struggle for gay rights in the United States. 11 films will be shown in the main section, while there will also be an International Shorts program and the Rainbow Reel Competition, which features four Japanese LGBT-related flicks (the full program can be found here). Screenings take place at Shibuya's Eurospace between July 12 and 18, and at Spiral Hall in Omotesando between July 18 and 21. All non-English language films are screened with English subtitles.
