It may have been left without a permanent home almost four years ago but Tokyo's loudest film festival just keeps on truckin': the powers behind Bakuon have turned this majestic celebration of noisy movies into a touring event that continues to pop up all around the country with fear-inducing speakers in tow.
The event now sets up shop at Odaiba's United Cinemas for a weekend of explosive action, with a programme that includes both recent Hollywood hits (Cats, A Star is Born, John Wick: Chapter 3, Greatest Showman, Bohemian Rhapsody) and older films (The Blues Brothers, Burlesque).
