Time Out says

Films from 25 European Union countries (yes, the UK is still present for now) compose the menu at this annual screen showcase that's now returning for its 16th edition in 2018. This year's programme includes several notable entries, among them Broken Circle Breakdown (2012) director Felix van Groeningen's latest flick, Belgica (2016), the Estonian tragicomedic Minu näoga onu (The Man Who Looks Like Me, 2017), and the award-winning Portuguese film Cavalo Dinheiro (Horse Money, 2014), which examines the plight of migrants and how they may be forgotten. Head to the National Film Centre in early summer to have your cinematic horizons broadened.
