If only the best frozen delight is good enough for you, grab a bunch of friends, book a seat at the Grand Prince Hotel New Takanawa's beer garden and order their OTT Dom Pérignon Kakigori, created with raspberry purée and super-fine ice from Niigata's Minami-Uonuma, and topped with fruit-filled ice cubes and gold leaf.
