There’s even a spacious terrace fitted with a lush vertical garden if you wish to sit outside and take in the views of Ginza.

Anchor is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, and the menu changes accordingly. At breakfast, order from classics like eggs Benedict, French toast or decadent pancakes. You can even turn your morning meal into a boozy brunch by adding a glass of champagne or two. When it comes to lunch and dinner, you’ll be spoilt for choice with set menus as well as à la carte options; expect seasonal specials alongside classic dishes the likes of Caesar salad, smoked Norwegian salmon steak and grilled spare ribs.

Here at Teppanyaki Yasuma, you can indulge in premium wagyu beef and fresh seafood while taking in views of Ginza and Yurakucho. The Lobby Lounge is also a good option if you’re just looking for a quick cup of coffee or a relaxing afternoon tea.
