This one-of-a-kind hotel follows a unique theme which is based around Japanese tea culture and design. Approaching its 120th anniversary, Hotel Ryumeikan is set to open this new branch coined Hotel 1899 (ichi hachi kyu kyu) Tokyo in Shinbashi in December of this year. Although there’s still a bit of a wait till to go, guests can look forward to a well-designed space where the 63 guest rooms are built with typical Japanese tea house architecture as well as other special elements. If you’re curious about room pricing, double and twin bed rooms start from ¥23,000 and reach up to ¥45,000 per night.
