Time Out says

There has been a Hotel Kazusaya in Nihonbashi since 1891, but you’d be hard pushed to know it from the modern exterior of the current building, in one of the last shitamachi areas in the heart of Tokyo’s business district. Inside, you’ll find good-sized, functionally furnished rooms, including one Japanese-style tatami room for three to four guests. Service is obliging, although only minimal English is spoken by most staff.
