Time Out says

Opened in December 2015 in the middle of Akasaka, one of Tokyo's centres for business and politics, new hotel Risveglio – 'awakening' in Italian – takes things in a more artsy direction than most of its competitors. Collaborating with up-and-coming artists and installing their pieces in the rooms, the hotel hopes to bring inspiration into its guests' lives. All-day restaurant 135 Tavern, found on the ground floor, is designed by Artless Inc's Shun Kawakami and features a Brooklyn-inspired setting, grilled grub and craft beer. Open from 7am daily, it also sounds like a stylish new addition to the area's still dormant breakfast scene.
