Wise Owl Hostels Shibuya

Hot on the heels of their first Hatchobori hostel, Wise Owl Hostels ventured west and opened a new Shibuya outpost in late April 2017. Somewhat counter-intuitively perhaps, they've strayed from the concept of their previous hostel ('enjoying Tokyo from dusk til dawn') and decided that Shibuya would be the ideal place for a 'gastronomy and travel' theme instead. Oh well, it's got both, we guess. The ground floor also houses a restaurant, Farmer's Table Mother, which only uses pesticide-free, organic produce. Travelling chef Eriko Kishimoto (she's away on business trips for about six months every year) supervises the menu, and cooking classes, food markets and more are in the works as well.
