Mountain Day at Tokyo Tower

Celebrate the newest public holiday on the calendar with a walk up to Tokyo Tower's main observatory, perched 150m above the city, at this Mountain Day special which sees the iconic pylon's 600-step staircase opened to the public from 9am to 10pm. The tower will also be lit up in green after dark, while all sorts of fun happenings take place both inside and outside the structure.
