Bon odori, festival food and gigs by local heroes including former Pizzicato Five member Takao Tajima, Scha Dara Parr's Shinco and Charan-Po-Rantan vocalist Momo – the programme checks all the usual boxes at Shibuya's natsu matsuri, which moves from Miyashita to Yoyogi Park for its third edition. It starts from 4pm on both days, providing a pinch of relief from the steamy summer heat.
