Time Out says

A karaoke cathedral and one of the biggest gay bars in Tokyo, Kusuo not only has plenty of room to dance the night away but sometimes offers tango or square-dancing lessons in the afternoon too. What it lacks in refined decoration - the walls and ceiling are sloppily painted black - it more than makes up for in abundant breathing room and an exuberant, foreigner-friendly staff. Another plus is that women are officially welcome, though their first drink will cost ¥1,500, compared to ¥1,000 for men.
