Time Out says

Spread across 45 acres of grassy land, this park is equipped with various horse-related facilities, including one of the largest indoor riding grounds in Japan and an arena that was used for equestrian events during the 1964 Tokyo Olympics. There are stables to accommodate about 100 horses, including thoroughbreds. Sundays are often great for kids, as regular 'Meet the Horses' events are held. The Japanese garden with its calabash-shaped pond and square lawn (which is perfect for picnics) is hugely popular with holidaying families.
