Located inside the Creation Square Shibuya space, this tourist information centre on the 4th floor of Shibuya's Mark City shopping complex has English-language staff, and also offers guides to the city in English, Japanese, Chinese and Korean – including most of the Time Out Tokyo city guides. A September 2016 renovation saw a baggage deposit service, free wi-fi and a station for charging mobile devices added to the services.
