Time Out says

Hi-Standard were the toast of the Japanese punk scene in the '90s, only to go on hiatus in 2000, shortly after headlining at the third – and largest – of their Air Jam festivals. After a decade of pursuing relatively successful solo careers, the group's members are reconvening at Yokohama Stadium for an all-day event that unites some of the biggest names in the headbanging biz. Hi-Standard aren't the only notable reunion, either: hip-hop act King Giddra will be crawling back from the grave, while the international contingent includes supergroup Me First and the Gimme Gimmes. See below for the full lineup.
