The name means ‘open shop’, and this place has been welcoming jazz fans for three decades. Old photos and posters line the dark walls of the basement space, creating an intimate atmosphere for some proper jazz listening. There is no set style for the acts; expect anything from free improv to Latin to piano trios. Shimada-san is the relaxed proprietor. Drinks start at a decent ¥400.
