Time Out says

This year Asagaya Jazz Streets event will again see the streets of Asagaya filled with the sounds of jazz. Centred around Asagaya Station on the JR Chuo Line, the jazz festival will see 40 locations hold jazz concerts including the station square, school gymnasiums, shrine precincts, churches, lobbies of companies, the ward office square, cafes and restaurants. A Dixieland band will also be roaming the streets.

There are three main venues: public spaces which can be accessed using an event passport ticket, variety venues such as live houses, restaurants, and cafes where people can enjoy food and drink while listening to jazz and free street events to enjoy jazz such as in front of the station, Suginami Kuyakusho (ward offices) and the shopping street promenade. There will be a whole host of performers so it is a good idea to check out the program in advance.
