Time Out says

Kagurazaka sure is an unlikely location for a box-sized club with a progressive outlook and plenty of ambition, but we have high hopes for the leftfield-oriented KGR (N), opened right next to the station on the last day of May. The venue's first significant party sees a star-studded team of local producers and DJs give it a proper initiation: in addition to multimedia multi-talent Daito Manabe, ever-evolving genre annihilator Foodman and Berlin-based minimal techno wizard Akiko Kiyama, the booth will be broken in by mysterious man of the moment Shinichi Atobe, who'll actually be playing live for the very first time anywhere. Techno geeks around the world were gushing over Atobe's masterful 2014 double LP Butterfly Effect, released in only 600 copies by experimental duo Demdike Stare and now sold out everywhere, so this looks like an opportunity to good to miss.
