Bo Ningen & Comanechi

Lusciously maned rock mentalists Bo Ningen aren't the only Japanese émigrés to have found their musical nirvana in East London. The group's latest Japan tour – in advance of the domestic release of sophomore album Line the Wall (on Sony Music, no less) – pairs them with Comanechi, a scrappy Dalston punk-rock act fronted by fellow expat Akiko 'Keex' Matsuura. Brace yourself for guitar heroics aplenty, with support from locals including Ningen OK and excellent no-wave girl band ZZZ's, plus a dozen-odd DJs.
