Body & Soul is a dance music festival that started in New York City in 1996, and this year it’s being held in Tokyo again with DJs Francois K, Danny Krivit and Joaquin Joe Claussell. They’ll be spinning ‘back-to-back’ style music, in which three DJs will each select a song to create a mix.
Previous editions of Body & Soul Tokyo were held at mega-club Ageha and even at Ryogoku Kokugikan National Sumo Arena. This year’s festival will be in Odaiba after a four-year hiatus.
There will be an outdoor market selling vintage accessories, records and sundry goods, as well as a kids area for children to participate in activities while adults have fun dancing.
